A discovery tour in Champagne
The master class with champagne ambassador Gerhild Burkard promises sparkling champagne knowledge. Champagne is a must for every festive occasion and promises a variety of pleasurable experiences. It is no coincidence that France’s northernmost wine region was elevated to the status of a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2015.

The uniqueness of this region with its chalk soils, the cool climate, the interaction with the three main grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier as well as the compositional art of experienced, creative cellar masters make the champagne incomparable. They all offer a new variety and reinterpret the play with the main grape varieties in the process. We will go in search of clues and expand our previous taste experiences.
