1. Jacquart Mosaïque‘ Brut – house champagne of the Hapag-Lloyd Cruises fleet
This classic from the winery stands for freshness and power, and perfectly represents the house style. The cuvée, which is slightly characterised by Chardonnay, shows aromatic finesse and a beautiful exuberance, driven by white fruits and a finish with notes of lemon zest. The whole experience is supported by a long-lasting perlage and subtle creaminess. It’s an easy, elegant companion for all occasions
Grape varieties: 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 25% Petit Meunier
Dosage: 9.2 g
Lees ageing: 15 months

2. Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Coutier
Coutier Brut Blanc de Blancs is a creamy sparkling wine with aromas of ripe fruits, floral notes and mineral hints. It’s energetic and lively while at the same time harmonious on the palette. The acidity is well integrated and the fruit is expressive and deep. It is perfect as an aperitif as well as an accompaniment for seafood.
Grape varieties: 100% Chardonnay
Dosage: 6.5 g
Lees ageing: 48-60 months

3. Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé
A clear bouquet of extraordinary freshness and a palette of red fruits: Raspberries, currants, strawberries, black cherries. Pure and tart in the beginning and at the same time round and supple. The fruity taste dominates on the palette and conjures images of a basket of freshly picked red berries. Its rich platter of aromas makes it the ideal accompaniment to raw, marinated fish, grilled prawns, exotic cuisine, Parma ham and red fruit desserts.
Grape varieties: 100% Pinot Noir
Dosage: 9 g
Lees ageing: 60 months
