Dans certains cas, les histoires \u00e0 succ\u00e8s commencent manifestement par une empreinte. Dans le cas de Mario Kotaska en tout cas , ce d\u00e9but marquant se situe au d\u00e9but de son enfance. Le point de d\u00e9part de tout cela est certainement un terrain de jeu favori de l’enfance : La cuisinede grand-m\u00e8re <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

D’une certaine mani\u00e8re , toute la vie s ‘est d\u00e9roul\u00e9el\u00e0\u00a0\u00bb, se souvient le cuisinier n\u00e9 en 1973 \u00e0 Kassel, qui est aujourd’hui en cuisine avec beaucoup de plaisir et de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Et pour qui, lorsqu’on lui demande son plat pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 , il n’y a rien de mieux que le rago\u00fbt.Pour celui qui a toujours le go\u00fbt de la cuisine, rien ne vaut les roulades de sa grand-m\u00e8re. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

C’est ainsi qu’il s’est clairement orient\u00e9 vers la gastronomie. Au Schlosshotel B\u00fchlerh\u00f6he en For\u00eat Noire, qui abrite \u00e9galement le restaurant gastronomique \u00ab Imperial \u00bb, il a d’abord suivi une formation d’h\u00f4telier. \u00ab Parce que cela rendait l’ensemble plus complet d’une certaine mani\u00e8re \u00bb, comme il le dit. Mais apprendre le m\u00e9tier de cuisinier a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 une \u00e9vidence pour lui. La cuisine \u00e9tait programm\u00e9e.\u202fEt c’est pourquoi une question prudente pos\u00e9e \u00e0 Wolfgang M\u00fcller – \u00e0 l’\u00e9poque chef de cuisine de l’\u00ab Imperial \u00bb, r\u00e9compens\u00e9 par une \u00e9toile Michelin et 18 points au Gault Millau – s’est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e \u00eatre un coup de c\u0153ur personnel. A savoir, la question de savoir s’il ne pourrait pas se rendre utile en cuisine pendant ses vacances, \u00ab couper un peu d’oignons, etc. … \u00bb.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

En 1995 , couper des oignons est devenu un m\u00e9tier . l ‘apprentissage de la cuisine , puis la vocation : \u00ab\u00a0C’ \u00e9tait de plus en plus amusant\u00a0\u00bb, raconte Kotaska, \u00ab\u00a0et Wolfgang et moi sommes rapidement devenus une \u00e9quipe bien rod\u00e9e.\u00a0\u00bb Et cette \u00e9quipe n’a pas seulement cuisin\u00e9 au plus haut niveau \u00e0 l’ Imperial, de 2000 \u00e0 2002, elle s’est \u00e9galement distingu\u00e9e dans le domaine de la gastronomie . au restaurant \u00ab\u00a0Adermann\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 Berlin . <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

En fin de compte, le jeu en \u00e9quipe est pour le grand cuisinier blond, qui , entre-temps, a \u00e9galement travaill\u00e9 au restaurant \u00ab\u00a0Drei Stuben\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 Meersburg, au \u00a0\u00bb Hohlbein’s\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 Francfort et au \u00ab\u00a0Die Quadriga\u00a0\u00bb, (H\u00f4tel Brandenburger Hof Berlin) et a particip\u00e9 en 2002 au \u00ab\u00a0Prix Culinaire Pierre Taittinger\u00a0\u00bb avec le meilleur plat de poisson, jusqu’\u00e0 aujourd’hui son affaire.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

D’ avril 2003 \u00e0 fin 2010 , il est aux fourneaux du restaurant \u00ab\u00a0La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 Cologne en tant que chef de cuisine. et n’ y a pas seulement obtenu d’embl\u00e9e 16 points au Gault Millau gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses comp\u00e9tences.<\/span> <\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
