\u00c0 la lisi\u00e8re d’une majestueuse for\u00eat de ch\u00eanes, au c\u0153ur d’une r\u00e9serve naturelle, se trouve notre domaine viticole, dont les sols sont constitu\u00e9s d’une fine couche de terre sur une plaque de schiste imperm\u00e9able. Ce terroir unique est enrichi par une abondante couche d’humus compos\u00e9e de feuilles de ch\u00eane et de racines de vignes.<\/p>\n

Parcelles Exclusives et C\u00e9pages d\u2019Exception<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Sur les coteaux, les plus belles vignes de Cinsault s’\u00e9panouissent, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019une exposition solaire exceptionnelle. Un peu plus bas, une superbe parcelle de Rolle (Vermentino) est r\u00e9put\u00e9e pour ses notes fruit\u00e9es d\u2019agrumes et de poire. La magnifique parcelle \u00ab\u00a0La Grande Pi\u00e8ce\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>, situ\u00e9e sur un plateau, est exclusivement d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la Syrah, conf\u00e9rant aux vins des ar\u00f4mes marqu\u00e9s de violette ainsi que de fruits rouges et noirs.<\/p>\n

Durabilit\u00e9 et Certifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Dans l\u2019environnement sauvage et min\u00e9ral de la R\u00e9serve Naturelle des Maures<\/strong> et de la zone Natura 2000<\/strong>, Ultimate Provence<\/strong> s\u2019\u00e9tend sur 46 hectares de vignobles<\/strong>, enti\u00e8rement class\u00e9s sous l\u2019appellation AOP C\u00f4tes-de-Provence<\/strong>. Depuis 2021<\/strong>, notre domaine est certifi\u00e9 bio<\/strong> et a atteint le niveau 3 de la Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE)<\/strong> \u2013 une reconnaissance officielle de la performance environnementale de nos vignerons et agriculteurs. Cette certification repose sur des indicateurs pr\u00e9sents sur l\u2019ensemble du domaine, garantissant une biodiversit\u00e9 omnipr\u00e9sente et une r\u00e9duction maximale de l\u2019impact des pratiques agricoles sur l\u2019environnement.<\/p>\n
