Weingut Klumpp<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nous sommes des id\u00e9alistes compl\u00e8tement fous de vin et nous nous laissons porter par la passion et l’objectif clair de faire chaque ann\u00e9e le meilleur mill\u00e9sime de notre vie. Tout a commenc\u00e9 en 1983 dans un garage situ\u00e9 dans l’arri\u00e8re-cour d’un immeuble du centre-ville de Bruchsal. Nos parents, Marietta et Ulrich, ont fond\u00e9 le domaine avec un demi-hectare et en sont rest\u00e9s ind\u00e9pendants. En 1990, ils ont d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 \u00e0 la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie de Bruchsal et, en 2015, ils ont fait construire et r\u00e9nover le domaine. Depuis 2004, c’est nous, Andreas et Markus, qui dirigeons l’exploitation. Apr\u00e8s une formation solide suivie d’\u00e9tudes et de divers stages dans des entreprises nationales et internationales de premier plan, nous nous sommes engag\u00e9s \u00e0 mener l’une des r\u00e9gions viticoles allemandes les moins connues, mais aussi dot\u00e9e d’un potentiel infini, au sommet du monde viticole allemand.<\/p>\n

Nous sommes heureux et fiers de pouvoir vendre nos vins \u00e0 3 000 restaurants, dont 150 ont une \u00e9toile Michelin ou plus, de Garmisch-Patenkirchen \u00e0 Sylt, ainsi qu’\u00e0 chaque amateur de vin qui peut<\/p>\n

d\u00e9couvrir notre passion pour le vin. Selon les principaux guides des vins, notre domaine fait d\u00e9sormais partie des 100 meilleures entreprises allemandes et est devenu incontournable sur la sc\u00e8ne viticole.<\/p>\n

Nous restons toujours curieux et avides d’affiner chaque ann\u00e9e davantage les finesses, d’acqu\u00e9rir une compr\u00e9hension plus profonde de nos vignobles et de l’art de l’\u00e9levage des vins, afin de nous am\u00e9liorer sans cesse. Nous ne sommes pas des r\u00e2leurs notoires, mais assur\u00e9ment les critiques les plus virulents de nos vins. Il est dans la nature des choses de rester respectueux et terre \u00e0 terre, car notre plus grand adversaire est le temps, qui nous pousse \u00e0 nous surpasser et nous demande tout ce que nous pouvons faire en termes d’adaptation. Nous orientons la partie que nous pouvons contr\u00f4ler avec une \u00e9quipe formidable, sans compromis, vers notre image id\u00e9ale du devenir du vin. La durabilit\u00e9 est bien plus qu’un simple mot pour nous. Dans la viticulture biologique, et m\u00eame biodynamique depuis 1996, elle constitue la base de notre travail et garantit la transmission de valeurs qui d\u00e9passent notre g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
