CAMILUCCI<\/strong><\/p>\n

Au c\u0153ur m\u00eame du terroir vinicole de Franciacorta, parmi les collines qui semblent dessin\u00e9es pour \u00eatre le berceau de la vigne, l\u00e0 on trouve l\u2019essence m\u00eame de Stefano Camilucci, un t\u00e9moin de passion et d\u2019engagement pour le futur. Stefano, a su transformer l’h\u00e9ritage familial dans une entreprise novatrice, devenant le pionnier d\u2019une toute nouvelle conception du Franciacorta. Une d\u00e9cision longuement pond\u00e9r\u00e9e, anim\u00e9e par sa passion, par l\u2019envie d\u2019y mettre \u00abson visage\u00bb en tous les sens; m\u00eame les \u00e9tiquettes de ses bouteilles reproduisent son profil travers\u00e9 d\u2019un perlage \u00e9toil\u00e9, symbole d\u2019une interpr\u00e9tation et vision personnelle et lumineuse de ses crus.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Stefano embrasse la modernit\u00e9 sans jamais oublier la tradition et l\u2019authenticit\u00e9. Sa d\u00e9marche de production est un choix de style clair, coh\u00e9rent et sans compromis; toujours en qu\u00eate d\u2019un vin marqu\u00e9 par son \u00e9l\u00e9gance et harmonie, Stefano travaille en Dosage Z\u00e9ro, laissant aux raisins parfaits, le soin de s\u2019exprimer. \u00c9videmment tout d\u00e9marre dans la vigne, avec une vendange manuelle et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement tardive des raisins, pour en obtenir toute l\u2019aromaticit\u00e9 et maturit\u00e9 possible.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Uniquement le mosto fiore<\/i> est vinifi\u00e9, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire la partie la plus pure et la plus d\u00e9licate du mo\u00fbt, obtenue lors du premier pressurage. L\u2019inox est le protagoniste absolu, choisi d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment pour \u00e9viter toute influence des barriques ou des tonneaux. Un contr\u00f4le rigoureux des temp\u00e9ratures assure une int\u00e9grit\u00e9 et une authenticit\u00e9 maximales des raisins. En outre, seul le mo\u00fbt de goutte est vinifi\u00e9, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire la partie la plus pure et la plus d\u00e9licate du mo\u00fbt, obtenue lors du premier pressurage.<\/p>\n

Dans la cave, le travail se fait avec une pr\u00e9cision extr\u00eame, chaque parcelle est vinifi\u00e9e s\u00e9par\u00e9ment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 plus de 50 cuves; cette approche m\u00e9ticuleuse permet de pr\u00e9server et de valoriser l\u2019authenticit\u00e9 du terroir et l\u2019essence m\u00eame du raisin.<\/p>\n

Les vins que l\u2019on obtient d\u00e9gagent finalement un bouquet intense de parfum, et sont marqu\u00e9s par l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9gance et harmonie si recherch\u00e9es, v\u00e9ritable sceau de la maison Camilucci.<\/p>\n
