Kalieber \u2013 L\u2019artisanat authentique au service du go\u00fbt et de la conscience<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Kalieber, c\u2019est bien plus que de la viande : c\u2019est une d\u00e9claration d\u2019amour au go\u00fbt, \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 et \u00e0 un savoir-faire artisanal responsable. Fond\u00e9e en 2015 par Sarah et Mirko Dhem, cette maison de charcuterie et boucherie artisanale situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Lastrup (Basse-Saxe) allie tradition bouch\u00e8re et valeurs modernes telles que le bien-\u00eatre animal et la durabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Au c\u0153ur de la philosophie de Kalieber se trouve le concept de l\u2019\u201cAktivstall\u201d pour les porcs. D\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par l\u2019agricultrice Gabriele M\u00f6rixmann, ce syst\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9levage offre deux fois plus d\u2019espace que les \u00e9levages conventionnels, un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, des activit\u00e9s de stimulation, et une alimentation sans OGM. Les porcs y conservent m\u00eame leur queue en tire-bouchon \u2013 signe d\u2019un v\u00e9ritable bien-\u00eatre.<\/p>\n

Kalieber applique le principe \u201cdu museau \u00e0 la queue\u201d, valorisant chaque partie de l\u2019animal. Une approche durable et respectueuse, qui donne naissance \u00e0 une large palette de produits : saucisses fum\u00e9es traditionnelles, sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s r\u00e9gionales comme la \u201cPinkel\u201d d\u2019Oldenbourg, steaks matur\u00e9s \u00e0 sec\u2026 Chaque produit est pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec passion et exigence.<\/p>\n
