Terras Gauda<\/strong><\/p>\n

Terras Gauda poss\u00e8de actuellement un peu plus de 160 hectares de terres dans la r\u00e9gion de R\u00edas Baixas, o\u00f9 toutes les vignes sont r\u00e9colt\u00e9es \u00e0 la main et plant\u00e9es entre 50 et 150 m\u00e8tres d’altitude. La cave est situ\u00e9e dans la sous-r\u00e9gion de \u2018O Rosal\u2019, compos\u00e9e principalement de schiste ruban\u00e9 riche en fer (schiste m\u00e9tamorphique), qui conf\u00e8re aux vins de Terras Gauda des notes fra\u00eeches et min\u00e9rales. Le terroir unique de la r\u00e9gion est compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par un microclimat exceptionnel, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par des temp\u00e9ratures douces, avec une moyenne annuelle de 15\u00baC, tr\u00e8s peu de gel\u00e9es et des pr\u00e9cipitations abondantes. Ce microclimat favorise une excellente maturation, avec une teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en sucres et une acidit\u00e9 plus faible que dans d’autres zones plus au nord de l’appellation R\u00edas Baixas, o\u00f9 les conditions climatiques sont plus variables.<\/p>\n

Le vigneron de Terras Gauda, Emilio Canas, est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un pionnier en mati\u00e8re de recherche et d\u00e9veloppement dans la r\u00e9gion de Galice, en Espagne. Il utilise des micro-fermenteurs exp\u00e9rimentaux pour cr\u00e9er la premi\u00e8re s\u00e9lection clonale du c\u00e9page Albari\u00f1o. Lors de l\u2019\u00e9laboration de ses vins, Emilio applique une mac\u00e9ration pelliculaire \u00e0 100 % et fait fermenter le vin Terras Gauda avec des souches de levures indig\u00e8nes brevet\u00e9es provenant des propres vignobles de la cave.<\/p>\n

Terras Gauda a su allier ses avanc\u00e9es en recherche \u00e0 son expansion nationale et internationale. Aujourd\u2019hui, la cave commercialise plus de 1,5 million de bouteilles de vin par an dans plus de 50 march\u00e9s, tant nationaux qu\u2019internationaux, r\u00e9partis sur les cinq continents.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
