Bodega Numanthia<\/strong><\/p>\n

Au c\u0153ur de la r\u00e9gion du Toro, sur les terres rudes et baign\u00e9es de soleil de Castille-et-Le\u00f3n, Bodega Numanthia incarne la puissance, la r\u00e9silience et l\u2019h\u00e9ritage mill\u00e9naire de la vigne espagnole. Fond\u00e9e en 1998, la maison porte le nom de Numancia, ville antique connue pour sa r\u00e9sistance farouche \u00e0 l\u2019Empire romain \u2014 une all\u00e9gorie parfaite pour ces ceps centenaires, enracin\u00e9s dans un sol sec et pierreux, qui d\u00e9fient le temps et les \u00e9l\u00e9ments.<\/p>\n

Ces vignes de Tinta de Toro, une ancienne et noble expression du Tempranillo, sont pr\u00e9phyllox\u00e9riques, non greff\u00e9es, cultiv\u00e9es en gobelet, sans irrigation. Le rendement est naturellement faible, la concentration exceptionnelle. Chaque grappe capture l\u2019intensit\u00e9 du soleil castillan, la rigueur du climat continental, et l\u2019authenticit\u00e9 d\u2019un terroir sauvage.<\/p>\n

Les vins de Bodega Numanthia sont denses, structur\u00e9s, profonds, mais toujours \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s par une fra\u00eecheur surprenante. Qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse du Numanthia, embl\u00e9matique et puissant, du plus accessible Termes, ou du rarissime Termanthia, fleuron de la maison, chaque cuv\u00e9e exprime la grandeur brute et \u00e9l\u00e9gante du Toro.<\/p>\n
