How much does a Festival Ticket cost?
The one-day ticket, costing 95 € (per person), buys you admission to the Festival on one day of the three-day event.
The 3-day Festival Ticket, costing 195 € (per person), buys you admission to the Festival on all three days of the event.
The Gold Ticket (limited number available), costing 395 € (per person), buys you admission to the Festival on all three days of the event, plus numerous exclusive extras.
What does the price for the one-day Festival Ticket include?
Admission to the Baden-Baden Wine & Gourmet Festival by Falstaff in the Kongresshaus, Baden-Baden on one day of the event only.
Sampling of products offered by all participating wineries, gourmet providers and Michelin-starred chefs.
Selected workshops and presentations.

What extras does the Gold Ticket include?
How can I obtain accreditation as a trade visitor?
Trade visitors can obtain accreditation for the festival by contacting events@falstaff.de.
How can I obtain accreditation as a Gourmet Club member?
Gourmet Club members should contact gourmetclub@falstaff.de for festival tickets.
Which payment options are available?
In the case of online bookings, payment can be made via PayPal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

Can entry tickets be returned?
Purchased tickets cannot be reimbursed.
We reserve the right to make changes to the programme, and these constitute no entitlement to reimbursement of tickets.
Are tickets personalised? If so, how can I pass them on to someone else?
Tickets are personalised and cannot be reimbursed.

How can I book side events?
Over the course of an entire weekend, Baden-Baden Events and Falstaff will be playing host to leading regional, national and international winemakers.
The Festival Ticket already includes free admission to numerous events held at the Kongresshaus. Tickets for selected Workshops and Masterclasses can be obtained from the festival box office.
Events connected to the Wine & Gourmet Festival Baden-Baden are also being staged at some of the city’s best hotels and restaurants, only a short distance away from the Kongresshaus.
Gourmets can look forward to rarity dinners and exclusive themed menus accompanied by carefully chosen wines and Champagnes.
Bookings are now open for these side events. You do not need to purchase a Festival Ticket in order to book the side events.

What are the festival’s regular opening hours at the Kongresshaus Baden-Baden?
Friday 19 May 2023: 2 pm – 7 pm
Saturday 20 May 2023: 11 am – 6 pm
Sunday 21 May 2023: 11 am – 6 pm
How will I receive my ticket?
Tickets can be sent by regular mail (costs an additional EUR 3.50) or by e-mail (Ticketdirect).
Are all the winemakers present on all days?
Yes, 177 top winemakers are permanently on site.
Is it possible to taste and enjoy wine beyond a tasting sip, e.g. with a meal, at all the winemakers throughout the day?
You can taste during the whole opening hours. Several wineries and bars also offer more than one tasting sip.
Will there be food from all the chefs in the line-up all day?
The top international chefs will offer their dishes during the indicated program times. In addition, there are 20 exhibitors offering other dishes throughout the day.
Are all the chefs present and cooking on all days?
The chefs are present at the advertised program times and seminars.
Is it guaranteed that there will be enough portions available?
Yes, the chefs and epicurean exhibitors offer a wide variety of dishes and products.
Is there a portion for everyone to eat at the show cooking or is it just a cooking demonstration ?
The chefs serve sufficient portions for the guests in attendance.
Is there sufficient seating to enjoy the food and wine in a relaxed manner?
There are sufficient bar tables for all guests. Additionally, we have set up lounge furniture on the festival grounds.
Is there an outdoor area?
Yes, there is a large outdoor lounge set up in the outdoor area.
Can there be crowding at the food stations and wine stands?
No, the Kongresshaus is very spacious and offers enough room for all guests and exhibitors.
