Château La Vaisinerie – Authentic Bordeaux from Puisseguin-Saint-Émilion
Nestled in the gentle hills of the right bank of the Dordogne, not far from the picturesque town of Saint-Émilion, Château La Vaisinerie is a historic estate with roots dating back to the early 18th century. Since 2019, it has been run by the Moses family, who bring passion and a strong commitment to sustainable viticulture.
The estate comprises twelve hectares of vineyards planted on limestone and clay soils – terroir typical of the Puisseguin-Saint-Émilion appellation. These natural conditions give the wines elegance, depth, and structure.
At the heart of the production is a classic Bordeaux blend: Merlot leads, complemented by refined Cabernet Franc. Together, they create characterful wines – balanced, approachable, and marked by aromas of dark fruit. The style is traditional yet vibrant: clear, harmonious, and with a long finish.
As one of the prestigious satellite appellations of Saint-Émilion, Puisseguin shares many of the geological and climatic characteristics of its renowned neighbor – while producing wines with a distinct identity and profile.
Château La Vaisinerie combines historical heritage with modern, eco-conscious winemaking – a Bordeaux of character and consistency.
