Château Galoupet is a Cru Classé de Provence, within the Côtes de Provence appellation, made up of 77 hectares of protected woodland and 69 hectares of vineyard, to be officially certified as organic in May 2023. The winery was purchased by Moët Hennessy in 2019, becoming the first Cru Classé in its portfolio, with the vision of nurturing an exceptional terroir, respecting the environment, and creating a top-class and sustainable wine estate from ground to glass.

Château Galoupet Cru Classé Rosé is produced exclusively from the estate’s own grapes and presented in a lightweight, amber glass bottle. It’s a complex, full-bodied Rosé de Provence with a fine mineral finish and great ageing potential.

Château Galoupet believes that preserving biodiversity on its estate is integral to the crafting of authentic wines that reflect the terroir. The estate is working in collaboration with local nature conservation associations to promote biodiversity across the entire vineyard and adapting its agro-forestry and cover cropping activities to re-establish the natural interaction with the vines. Château Galoupet is home to one of only 12 queen bee fertilization stations in the world. As well as exploiting the full potential of the terroir, the aim is to make the estate a sanctuary for biodiversity, a blueprint for sustainability within LVMH, and a lighthouse for ecological practices in the wine industry.
