Founded in 1998, thanks to the Tipa – Bertarelli family’s deep passion for nature and for wine, ColleMassari is a wine estate where expertise, commitment, team spirit, innovation, and heritage are fundamental tenets.

Here is an ecological oasis of over 1,200 hectares, with 105 vineyards, and 90 in olives groves and woodland, extending over one of the Maremma’s finest growing areas. On the slopes of Monte Amiata, its vineyards lie at 300 meters above sea level, facing the Tyrrhenian coast.

Technological innovation plays a crucial role in our winemaking process, with significant investments in state-of-the-art equipment ensuring quality while preserving the integrity of our organic practices.

Sustainability is also a core value; we’ve created four lakes to recover and reuse water, supporting both our vineyards and the lush 90 hectares of olive groves, some of which are over 1,000 years old and serve as historical benchmarks.

Our singularly designed wine cellar, crafted by architect Milesi in accordance with bio-architecture principles, is an architectural marvel part of the Toscana Wine Architecture association.
