PietraPura is an ambitious and innovative project born from the Zingarelli family’s desire to shine a spotlight on the native grape varieties of Salento—a region rich in winemaking traditions and extraordinary oenological potential. PietraPura wines express the essence of the Apulian terroir in all its facets, combining the authenticity of local grapes with the deep expertise and know-how of the family and their team.

Under the guidance of passionate oenologist Luca Francioni, the team aims to give each wine outstanding organoleptic qualities by carefully selecting vineyards and grapes, while honoring local traditions and preserving the identity of each grape variety. PietraPura’s intensely fruity, velvety wines stand out not only for their exceptional quality but also for the family’s dedication to promoting and enhancing Apulia’s wine heritage. Through their efforts, they help raise awareness and appreciation for Salento’s indigenous grape varieties—both in Italy and around the world.
