Azienda Agraria Guerrieri – A Traditional Family Estate with a Vision

Azienda Agraria Guerrieri is much more than a winery – it stands as a symbol of living tradition, sustainable agriculture, and top-quality culinary products from the Italian region of Marche. Founded in the late 19th century, the family-run estate is now managed by the fifth and sixth generations. Located in Terre Roveresche, just ten kilometers from the Adriatic coast, the estate lies amid the rolling hills of Marche.

What makes Guerrieri truly special is its versatility. The multifunctional estate specializes in producing fine wines, cold-pressed organic extra virgin olive oil, and artisanally crafted pasta. Full control over the entire production chain is a core principle – from sustainable cultivation to careful processing and finally to the finished product.

The estate covers 207 hectares, including 70 hectares of vineyards, 35 hectares of olive groves, and 90 hectares of grain fields. From these raw materials, the Guerrieri team crafts elegant still and sparkling wines from Sangiovese, Montepulciano, and Bianchello grapes, characterful extra virgin olive oil, and high-quality pasta made from estate-grown wheat – traditionally made, honest, and full of care.

The company motto, “Proud to have been farmers since 1800”, expresses a deep connection to the land and a firm commitment to sustainable values. Guerrieri’s mission is to make the culinary richness and soul of the Marche region tangible in every product – through a balance of tradition, environmental responsibility, and a clear vision of quality.

Social sustainability is also at the heart of the estate. All 40 employees are permanently employed – not seasonal workers, but long-standing members of the Guerrieri family history, some across multiple generations. The estate’s energy needs are met entirely by solar power, generated through photovoltaic panels installed on the roofs of the farm buildings.

For over 20 years, Guerrieri has also welcomed visitors to its experiential farm. Through guided tours and tastings, guests gain insight into the origin, values, and taste of true sustainable farming.
