Enrico Neumann began his culinary career in Bavaria and continued his journey in Switzerland and on to other parts of Germany
before finally settling in Baden-Baden. Following a stint at the Hotel Maison Messmer in Baden-Baden, he has been at the Kurhaus since 2011 and head chef since 2018.
His motto is ”good ideas and fun cooking“. Together with his team, he delights diners with his creative, French-inspired Baden dishes.
