Château Saint Robert
Bordeaux, France

Château Saint-Robert is located in Pujols-sur-Ciron, 45 km from the city of Bordeaux. The Ciron River, which flows just a few kilometers from the estate, contributes to the formation of morning mist in the autumn.
The estate is situated near the prestigious Classified Growths of Barsac and not far from the Grands Crus of Pessac-Léognan. Château Saint-Robert has a vineyard of approximately 33 hectares, mostly within the Graves AOC appellation.
The vineyard is made up of about thirty plots, primarily grouped around the wine cellars in a location known as “l’Enclos de Robert,” a former walled enclosure.
The vineyard lies on a plateau, consisting predominantly of sandy clay over limestone, and benefits from excellent sun exposure. The vines are mainly trained using the Guyot Simple method, and the trellising system consists of two fixed wires and two liftable wires.
The white wines of Château Saint-Robert have been certified organic by Ecocert since 2014. For the red wines, conventional and integrated viticulture methods are applied.
