Opened in 2020, all products in this chocolate factory are made by hand.

Marina and Benjamin are the two people behind Maasz Schokolade.

Between them, they have completed professional training in bakery, confectionery and hotel management, with additional qualifications as certified restaurant manager, certified chocolate sommelier and certified wine sommelier.

On top of all this, they have also worked in Switzerland and on exclusive Hapag Lloyd cruise ships.

They obtain their raw chocolate from the best Swiss manufacturers, who buy the cocoa beans directly from farmers in the source countries. Health insurance is provided for the farmers and their families, and local schools are built for the children. Players engage with each other on an equal footing along the entire value chain, ensuring the chocolate can be crafted and eaten with an easy conscience.

Alongside their online shop, Marina and Benjamin run a small store on their premises selling – besides chocolate products – a generous assortment of German wines, spirits, whiskies and fine food products. The store houses regular wine and chocolate tasting events. If desired, these can also take place at private homes or company premises.
