The SCIARA brand is the benchmark for all pistachio fans. In 2011, three young Sicilians founded the company in the town of Bronte, on the slopes of Mount Etna. Since then, Sciara has rapidly grown into a brand known throughout the entire land. Relying heavily on multi-channelling, innovation and internationalization, the company is an active, dynamic entity, just like the volcano in its logo.
 
All the products harvested from the diverse soils of Sicily – first and foremost the pistachio itself – are unmistakeable in flavour and colour. It is precisely these cherished aspects that Sciara endeavours to retain and refine on behalf of its customers.

Although the pistachio is the jewel in Sciara’s crown, the company also produces delicacies from almonds and hazelnuts. From the work in the Pistacchieto (pistachio plantation) right through to product packaging, the processes at Sciara are characterised by utmost care and the total commitment of the workforce.
