Weingut Dengler Seyler

Maikammer, Germany

At the heart of the Palatinate region lies the Dengler Seyler winery in Maikammer. Located in an area that opens toward the Rhine and its Alsatian neighbors, it benefits from one of the friendliest climates in Germany. The estate on the Southern Wine Route consciously blends tradition and modernity.

The wine cellar dates back to the Baroque era, and traditional aging in wooden barrels remains a hallmark. The tasting room combines minimalist architecture with historical materials and opens onto an inviting courtyard.

Eva and Matthias Seyler approach winemaking with enthusiasm, passion, and dedication. Both are wine experts deeply rooted in their family and vineyards. The winery has been family-owned for over 200 years and across four generations, proudly maintaining a living tradition. Together, they manage the winery, working with and in harmony with nature.

The wines: No two are alike. Each has its own personality, shaped by its vine, soil, and vintage. The result is varietal, site-specific, and vintage-typical wines – fine, fruity, and full of character – a challenge to be met and achieved anew each year.
