Fine Bubbled Finesse

Since 1834, the Boizel family—now in its sixth generation—has been crafting exceptional champagnes directly on the famous Avenue de Champagne in Épernay. As pioneers in the use of low dosage, Boizel introduced its first Brut Champagnes over a century ago. The house has remained true to this distinctive style to this day. Strong relationships with winegrowers and continuous quality control ensure that only the finest grapes are used.

Following the principle of shared strength, the family business has been managed equally across generations. After Evelyne and Christophe, their sons, Florent and Lionel, have now stepped into their footsteps. With their professional experience in France and abroad, they work tirelessly to further develop the quality and reputation of Champagne Boizel and share it with the world.

A signature characteristic of Champagne Boizel is its fine, precise, yet powerful effervescence. Additionally, the remarkable aging potential of these champagnes continues to impress even the most seasoned connoisseurs. The extensive treasure trove in Boizel’s luxurious cellar, which is open for visits, stands as the ultimate testament to this exceptional legacy.
