Saint-Estèphe, France

Situated in the west of Saint-Estèphe municipality, Château de Pez is one of the oldest
wineries in the Bordeaux region. Since the Pez winery, which has 39 hectares of interconnected land, was acquired by Louis Roederer in 1995, it has benefited from extensive investments, which have led to continuous improvements in quality. As a result, the Château was admitted to the “Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux” in 2010. The wines, which have an attractive tannin structure, are powerful and racy with a long finish. Long maturation brings out their full potential.
