DINZLER is a family-owned company based in Irschenberg, Upper Bavaria, that has been dedicated to coffee for decades. It all starts with the careful selection of our green coffees from various countries of origin. We source them from the world’s best growing regions—from farmers who share our passion for coffee and receive a fair price for their work.

Company founder Otto Dinzler roasted his beans using a drum roaster and passed his knowledge on to his son Klaus. We’ve continued this tradition and still refine our green coffee in small batches using a particularly gentle long roasting process. Every one of our varieties is roasted by hand, with care and great intuition by our roast master in Irschenberg. We also leave nothing to chance when it comes to preparation: we work with renowned coffee machine manufacturers, have trained baristas, and our own in-house team of technicians. This is how we guarantee our guests and customers the perfect coffee experience in every cup.

For a long time, coffee played only a minor role in gastronomy. But that has changed—today, it takes center stage. After all, those who serve fine cuisine won’t let their guests leave without a perfect espresso to round off the experience.
