La Réserve is the first cuvée from Domaine Mirabeau and a celebration of the hopes and dreams of the owners, Stephen and Jeany. Protecting the environment is of the utmost priority for Jeany and Stephen, whose aim is to produce top-quality wines while retaining the ecosystem of where they are grown. They farm using regenerative practices, inspired by the example of biologist and winemaker Mimi Casteel at the Hope Well vineyards in Oregon, USA. Going beyond organic agriculture alone, this holistic approach is ultimately based on letting nature get on with its work.
