Domaines Ott*
Domaines Ott* is the only wine producer in Provence that owns vineyards across three distinct terroirs in two different appellations: AOC Côtes de Provence and AOC Bandol. This consistent signature is reflected in every wine of the new vintage, where each rosé deepens the expression of its unique origin.
In 1896, Marcel Ott, an agricultural engineer from Alsace, chose the radiant shores of the Mediterranean to pursue his dream. Special care was devoted to crafting an exceptional rosé wine—the finest in the world—Coeur de Grain. A unique, iconic bottle was designed especially for it.
In 2004, Domaines Ott* joined forces with the Champagne house Louis Roederer. Since then, it has been part of the Roederer Collection, a group of prestigious, independently run estates.
The year 2022 marked a major milestone in the history of Domaines Ott*: the official “Agriculture Biologique” certification, granted by the French Ministry of Agriculture, recognized the family’s longstanding environmental commitment. From the very beginning, the Ott family played a pioneering role in Provence with their sustainable, eco-conscious approach. As of the 2022 vintage, all their crus now proudly bear the organic label.
