Mario Provenzano was born in Offenburg of Italian descent and cut his teeth as a ship's cook, travelling the world before settling in Baden-Baden. He has worked for RIZZI & CO since 1 July 1991, and over 30 years later, is one of the company’s longest-serving members of staff. His experiences overseas are evident in his culinary creations on the menu at THE GRILL, which currently employs seven chefs.
