He has been Editor-in-Chief for wine at the Falstaff publishing house since 1997. In 1998, he published the first Falstaff Wine Guide for Austria, which also appears in an English-language version. Moser is not only an expert on Austrian wines, he is also an authority on Champagne and Bordeaux wines. This is accompanied by in-depth knowledge of wines from a range of other regions such as California and South Africa. His personal favourites include port wine and German Riesling.
