Reinhold Schuster’s advertising agency, based in Stuttgart, has been enhancing the popularity of the COMTÉ brand in Germany for the last 30 years now, and his enthusiasm is undiminished. He is equally fascinated by this French mountain cheese in his roles as hobby chef and cookbook author (KÖSTLICH KOCHEN MIT COMTÉ). In both his professional and private capacities, he makes regular trips to the mountains of the Jura massif, where COMTÉ is produced using traditional methods down to this very day.
