Tenuta Liliana is a dynamic and innovative winery in Puglia. It was founded in 2015 by Antonio and Liliana Intiglietta in Parabita, in the heart of Salento. Since then, Tenuta Liliana has worked to authentically express the beauty and power of its terroir through one of the noblest grape varieties in the world: Cabernet Sauvignon.

A vine that has found its habitat in the estate’s vineyards, which are among the highest and windiest in the area, and which gives shape to the estate’s flagship wine, Salento IGP “Tenuta Liliana”.

“Our project,” says the producer, “in this territory that is for us home, origin and future, wants to be a generator of new perspectives”. Tenuta Liliana firmly believes in the wine potential of Puglia and wants to contribute in an original way to its recognition among the great wine regions of the world.

The grapes selected for the Salento IGP “Tenuta Liliana” come from the 13 hectares of the estate, planted after extensive research and experimentation with the clones most suitable for each soil, all focused on finesse rather than power.

The vineyards are located near Parabita and are distributed in different plots with different geological characteristics, such as limestone matrix through clayey and ferruginous soils and sandy soils.

The manual harvest is followed by a delicate vinification to enhance the surprising verticality and freshness of the “Tenuta Liliana“.
