Weingut Aldinger

Württemberg
Fellbach, Germany
The origins of what is now Fellbach’s oldest winery can be traced right back to 1492. Counted among the finest in Württemberg, the estate is now managed by Hansjörg and Matthias Aldinger. Harmonious transitions between the generations, and seamless continuation of the wine-making tradition, are a real point of pride for the family.

The grapes are the main reason why the family’s wines are so authentic and distinctive. During the entire vinification process, the grapes and fermenting must are treated as gently as possible, strictly in line with the maxim “less is more”.

After traditional fermentation, all red wines are subsequently aged in French oak barriques. Großes Gewächs wines are fermented exclusively in wooden barrels. The family’s vast experience is clearly discernible in the resulting wines.
