On 13 June 2025, Malte Kuhn invites guests to an exclusive culinary evening at Malte’s hidden kitchen in Baden-Baden. Joining him are Hanspeter and Edeltraud Ziereisen, owners of the renowned Weingut Ziereisen from Efringen-Kirchen in the Markgräflerland. For this special occasion, they will bring their expressive, terroir-driven wines to Baden-Baden and personally accompany the entire menu.

Guests can look forward to a refined six-course menu, perfectly paired with the wines of the evening. The experience begins with an aperitif, accompanied by fascinating stories about the wines and the winery. Throughout the dinner, guests will enjoy selected wines from the Ziereisen estate, crafted with artisanal precision and great passion. Still and sparkling water as well as espresso are included.

This evening promises to be a unique experience for all lovers of fine wines and culinary excellence. Hanspeter and Edeltraud Ziereisen will offer personal insights into their philosophy and the distinctive character of their wines – a gourmet event available only on this one evening.

The price for the complete experience is 280 euros per person and includes the aperitif, wine pairings, water and espresso. The Ziereisen winery is present exclusively for this evening and is not part of the Baden-Baden Wine & Gourmet Festival.
