Philipp Zumkeller, a world-traveled “culinary freelancer” and top chef, presents a refined four-course menu that embodies global inspiration, craftsmanship, and creative flair.

He is joined by Sven Nieger, a charismatic winemaker known for his rebellious underdog spirit and award-winning Rieslings full of edge and individuality.
