Following extensive renovations, this grand hotel is celebrating its grand reopening in 2025 – a place that writes history while setting new standards in luxury and fine dining. As the birthplace of the Steigenberger brand, the Europäischer Hof embodies tradition, contemporary lifestyle, sophisticated design, and culinary excellence.

Experience Norbert Niederkofler, three-star chef and pioneer of sustainable alpine cuisine, with his internationally acclaimed philosophy “Cook the Mountain.” His dishes celebrate the purity of regional ingredients and bring authentic alpine flavors to the plate – minimalistic, refined, and full of character. Seit über sieben Generationen widmet sich das Weingut Franz Haas mit großer Leidenschaft dem Weinbau in Südtirol. Besonders bekannt ist das Haus für seinen Pinot Nero, dem es mit viel Fingerspitzengefühl, niedrigen Erträgen und einer schonenden Vinifikation große Ausdruckskraft verleiht. Über das Weingut

Cantina Terlan

Zwischen Bozen und Meran liegt die traditionsreiche Cantina Terlan – gegründet 1893 und heute eine der führenden Winzergenossenschaften Südtirols. Auf porphyrhaltigem, mineralstoffreichem Boden entstehen hier Weiß- und Rotweine von großer Komplexität und Tiefe. Seit dem Zusammenschluss mit der benachbarten Cantina Andrian im Jahr 2008 werden beide Terroirs bewusst getrennt vinifiziert: Terlan steht für kraftvolle, langlebige Weine mit feiner Mineralität, während Andrian auf kalkreichen Böden elegante, fruchtbetonte Weine hervorbringt. Die Reben profitieren von alpiner Frische und mediterraner Sonne – rund 300 Tage im Jahr. Durch viel Handarbeit, lange Hefelagerung und den Ausbau im Holz entstehen Jahr für Jahr Weine mit internationaler Strahlkraft – prämiert, präzise und mit Charakter.
