When Pascal Bastian and Marcel Kazda are on stage together, French elegance meets Baden precision. At the Show Cooking in the Park Pavilion, the two top chefs show off their skills – and bring two different dishes to the stage that impress with their sophistication and depth.

While one chef uses Alsatian quail, foie gras and Waldorf aromas to pick up on fine classical notes, the other focuses on crab, caviar, cucumber and green apple – fresh, light and full of finesse. Together, they show how the best ingredients and different styles can create a culinary dialog.
