When Mario Kotaska and Ralf Zacherl cook together, creative down-to-earthness meets culinary curiosity. At the Show Cooking in the Park Pavilion, the two TV-renowned top chefs bring two different dishes to the stage – charming, surprising and full of flavour.

While one composition plays with fried scallops, cauliflower and capers, the other focuses on German wagyu, asparagus and bread salad with miso mayonnaise – an exciting combination of local cuisine and international influences.
