Food stylist meets gourmet – experience Andreas Miessmer live

When Andreas Miessmer takes to the stage, cooking becomes a stage for creativity and precision. At the show cooking in the Park Pavilion, the experienced food stylist shows how regional ingredients and craftsmanship can be used to create a real statement of enjoyment.

On the plate: Steak No.1 with ‘Unsere Heimat’ herb vinaigrette in the style of a salsa verde – accompanied by velvety mashed potatoes, also from EDEKA Südwest’s ‘Unsere Heimat’ range. Regional, honest, flavourful.

Miessmer combines a love of detail with a keen sense of aesthetics – and gives personal insights into his work between cookery course, photo production and gourmet mediation.

An experience for the palate and the eye – with inspiration to take away and of course: fine tasting.
