What happens when Italian tradition meets Mauritian temperament? Antonella Ricci and Vinod Sookar show it at the show cooking on stage in the Park Pavilion – with a lot of feeling, fine flavours and a pinch of wanderlust.

Experience live how something very special is created from regional ingredients, exotic spices and a perfect combination. Antonella brings the classic cuisine of Puglia with her, while Vinod adds the vibrant flavours of his native Mauritius – together they cook not only for the palate, but also for the soul.

There are also honest insights, loving stories of markets and seashores – and of course small, freshly prepared samples that immediately whet the appetite for more.
