Douce Steiner stands for a cuisine of subtle tones – precise, elegant and full of personality. At the show cooking in the Park Pavilion, the two-star chef shows how a deep taste experience can be created from just a few selected components.

With fine basil ravioli in an essence of tomato and Japanese lime tea, rounded off with the freshness of grapefruit, she brings a dish to the stage that combines clarity, lightness and sophistication. In doing so, she gives an insight into her philosophy: reduction to the essentials – without ever losing expression.

A quiet highlight for all those who appreciate subtlety – including tasting, of course.
