On Friday, 13 June 2025 at 15:00, Philipp Zumkeller and Tristan Brandt will take to the stage in the Park Pavilion of the Kongresshaus Baden-Baden. Creative freedom and Michelin-star experience come together in show cooking – direct, approachable and with plenty of flavour.

The two top chefs bring a dish to the stage that shows character: Tuna with miso and jalapeño – powerful, precise and inspired by international flavours. They not only provide culinary insights, but also reveal personal thoughts on their working methods and philosophy.
