When Norbert Niederkofler cooks, you immediately sense that it’s about more than just flavour. With ‘Cook the Mountain’, the three-star chef brings his very own philosophy to the stage in the Park Pavilion – inspired by nature, characterised by responsibility and supported by deep conviction.

At the show cooking, you will experience one of the great thinkers of modern cuisine – reduced to the essentials, precise in his craft, clear in his expression. Niederkofler shares his attitude to sustainability, talks about origin, seasonality and appreciation – and uses his smoked trout to show how much pleasure can be achieved when you cook with respect.

For those who want to experience it even more intensely: on Saturday evening, Norbert Niederkofler organises the exclusive gala dinner at the Steigenberger Icon Europäischer Hof – a culinary experience at the highest level, accompanied by exquisite wines.
